Jonathan Dowling is the director of Sure Environmental Pty Ltd. Jonathan has extensive and diverse experience in environmental planning and assessment. Jonathan has previously worked for Department of Environment, Climate Change and Water (now Office of Environment and Heritage), Sydney Water and environmental/engineering consultancies.
Jonathan is based in Sydney and works throughout New South Wales.
